London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square

We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Grosvenor Square. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city and just minutes away from Oxford St. Our check-in process was smooth and the room was clean and ready upon our arrival. The suite with a balcony was a great choice for us. The L'Occitane toiletries and clean towels were a nice touch, although there were a couple of days when the bath was not cleaned properly and we could see some hair. The sink also had toothpaste marks. Despite having a balcony, we didn't use it much because of the number of windows looking down at us. The room service was average, with a limited menu, but the breakfast made up for it with a wonderful selection of delicious food. We also enjoyed having access to the lounge, even though the offerings were limited to nuts, crisps, and drinks. The main issue we encountered was the noise, especially due to the weddings happening , which lasted until the early hours of the morning. our stay was pleasant, but we're still undecided about whether we'll return.

The location was excellent, with easy access to Hyde Park, shops, and restaurants. The family room was spacious with comfortable beds. The front desk staff, particularly the manager Robert, were helpful and friendly. The hotel's main restaurant, Gordon Ramsay's Maze, offered delicious food.

Perfect central location. Courteous and professional service. Great room with complimentary water and tea/coffee. Comfy bed and pillows. Well-appointed executive lounge. Beautiful scenery and convenient for sightseeing.

The service at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square was excellent. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The porter who showed me to my room was helpful and even assisted with my luggage. The daily room service by the housekeeping team was perfect. I must also mention that the location of the hotel was perfect for shopping in London. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service.

The room was spacious and elegantly decorated with exclusive amenities. the private facilities were exceptional, with a large bath and plush bathrobes. the bar/lounge area had a great ambiance and the service was impeccable. the in-room breakfast was delightful, with a variety of delicious options on the menu. the location provided easy access to several tourist destinations.

Our only issue was with the restaurant. While the food was delicious, there were limited options for those with special dietary needs.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of London, in a beautiful and elegant neighborhood. The hotel is located in the center of the elegant Mayfair, with stunning views of the square. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice-sized bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Maze restaurant, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offered great facilities, such as a well-appointed executive lounge and a fitness center.

The WiFi was a bit slow, which was the only downside of our stay.

Amazing Christmas experience at this hotel! The festive decorations were lovely and really put me in the holiday spirit. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to all of the Christmas attractions and events in the area. Being able to walk to Winter Wonderland and enjoy the holiday festivities was a huge bonus!

The food options at the hotel were very limited, especially during breakfast. I expected a wider selection on the menu, but it was disappointing.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us exquisite service. Our room exceeded expectations with luxurious amenities, making our stay memorable. the restaurant was amazing, with delicious special diet menus that met our needs. the bar/lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and we enjoyed the exclusive private facilities.

There was a minor issue with communication between staff members, which caused some confusion. the location advantages made up for it with easy access to key attractions.

The hotel's location is excellent, being near a tube station and within walking distance of Hyde Park, shops, restaurants, and the West End. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. The family room is spacious with two large double beds, and the front of house manager was particularly helpful. the breakfast at the Grill restaurant is expected to improve once served there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring this city, as it was in the center of the elegant Mayfair and close to many tourist destinations in the West End and Kensington. The hotel facilities were luxurious, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like VIPs. The breakfast was delicious, with options to suit everyone's taste. we were impressed by the high level of cleanliness, the convenient location, and the really good staff.

Had a fabulous Xmas stay at a hotel just off Oxford St shopping area. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we were within walking distance of the Tube stations. The staff was very accommodating, and we received a warm welcome. The room was nice and reasonably large, giving us enough space to relax and unwind. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic gym, a great bonus for staying fit during the holiday.

We did encounter a couple of issues. we were disappointed with the size of the bathroom, as it was quite small and cramped.

Luxurious ambiance with well-maintained premises. Bidet-enabled toilets with helpful function. Friendly staff promptly addresses requests. Delicious, varied breakfast options daily. Conveniently located near shopping district.
